Total Occultic Mechanical Blasphemers T.O.M.B. are back with their seventh full-length album, "Terror Winds", showing once again that the American black metal scene is in constant evolution. Taking the best of black metal, dark ambient, doom, death industrial, and power electronics and stitching them into a tentacled, writhing mass of gelatinous evil. This U.S. band delivers one mercilessly heavy yet strangely melodic beast of an album. Recorded live at the Ossuary Studios in New York City and once again mastered by Tore Stjerna at Necromorbus Studios in Sweden. "Terror Winds", the latest album from T.O.M.B. is the storming follow-up to "Thin The Veil", released on Dark Essence Records Norway and official US distribution here at DHR! "Terror Winds" sees T.O.M.B. return to their graveyard roots with six tracks that reek with the stench of old, raw, blasphemous black metal, infested with a spellbinding symphonic ambience, and necromantic noise soundscapes. "Terror Winds" serves as an epic progression for the band and there is an increased emphasis on the influence and ethos of bands like MAYHEM and DARKTHRONE. "Terror Winds" is probably their most blasphemous album yet, as all of the six tracks are raw, powerful and authentic, with a spellbinding symphonic ambience and necromantic noise soundscapes. Seeping themes of death, occultism, rituals, paranormal things and necromancy with production that is raw, minimal and mesmerizing - "Terror Winds" is icy, blasphemous and hellish! This is the band of J. Gannon DETERIORATE.

Honest and true! Sounds like the dangerous golden era of the genre! ~Lord Typhus
