The Norwegian experimental black metal act VETTER returns with its second outing, "Av Sublim Natur." Cavernous and cold, with a strange dark atmosphere is found amongst this buried gem of an album. The album was recorded at the "ship of rats" giving it a soud like if the first four BLACK SABBATH albums were recorded by MAYHEM in 89 while forging in old DARKTHRONE, ISENGARD or ILDJARN. This is a cold, old and dissonant style of black metal that fits right next to the pioneers of Norwegian black metal. The band and this album draws influences from old school black metal, and psychedelic hard rock, as well as occult folk rock. Grim and nourishing! Purists rejoice!
