One must reach back into their mind and remember the days of discovering "Transilvanian Hunger", or "From The Pagan Vastlands" for the first time when listening to INTERMENT ASHES. These albums were two of many responsible for planting the lingering seeds of things most raw and arcane within black metal. Listen to the opening track on this transcendent demo and you will feel tantalizingly close to that feeling of reverence towards those first encounters with ice cold, grim black metal.
