KORROSIVE return with "Katastrophic Creation", a full-scale thrash detonation forged in the Canadian underground. This album is a barrage of high-velocity riffing, machine-gun percussion, and acid-spitting vocal hostility that cuts straight through the modern thrash landscape. The band refine their attack into something even more violent and precise — a fusion of late-80s razor aggression and modern extremity, delivered with the street-level intensity only Toronto’s metal scene produces.
A mandatory pickup for fans of Canadian thrash, crossover hostility, and underground bands pushing the genre into more violent territory. Followers of KORROSIVE will find immediate impact in the razor-charged Canadian thrash of RAZOR and AGGRESSION, along with the high-speed hostility of EXCITER. Their modern extremity aligns with the violent crossover attack of POWER TRIP and the street-level thrash of TOXIK. The band’s sharpened riffing and relentless pacing echo the intensity of KREATOR (EARLY ERA) and SODOM, while their aggressive vocal delivery channels the raw bite of NUCLEAR ASSAULT. For followers craving even more hostility, the metallic crossover of D.R.I. and the modern thrash violence of HAVOK round out the sonic territory surrounding KORROSIVE.
