KORROSIVE detonate another blast of Canadian thrash violence with TOXIC APOCALYPSE, a record that pushes their sound into even more caustic, high-velocity territory. This release is a full strike of razor riffing, breakneck tempos, and street-level hostility, capturing KORROSIVE’s ability to fuse classic late-80s thrash aggression with modern extremity that feels weaponized. TOXIC APOCALYPSE stands as one of KORROSIVE’s most hostile offerings — engineered for followers who want thrash that’s faster, sharper, and more poisonous than the genre’s traditional boundaries. It’s another mandatory pickup for anyone tracking the rise of Canadian underground thrash and KORROSIVE’s increasingly violent evolution.
A mandatory pickup for fans of Canadian thrash, crossover hostility, and underground bands pushing the genre into more violent territory. Followers of KORROSIVE will find immediate impact in the razor-charged Canadian thrash of RAZOR and AGGRESSION, along with the high-speed hostility of EXCITER. Their modern extremity aligns with the violent crossover attack of POWER TRIP and the street-level thrash of TOXIK. The band’s sharpened riffing and relentless pacing echo the intensity of KREATOR (EARLY ERA) and SODOM, while their aggressive vocal delivery channels the raw bite of NUCLEAR ASSAULT. For followers craving even more hostility, the metallic crossover of D.R.I. and the modern thrash violence of HAVOK round out the sonic territory surrounding KORROSIVE.
