STYLE: Black Metal

FORMAT: CD
LABEL: Warhammer Records

Here we have a freshly pressed yet highly limited-edition version of MAYHEM’s The Dawn Of The Blackhearts, drawn like blackened blood from the original boot version of the notorious Sarpsborg 1990 recording. This edition features a gold-foiled stamped MAYHEM logo and album title on a stark single-panel front cover. No fold-out, no extras — just the infamous artwork and the raw presentation that shaped one of black metal’s most circulated underground documents. Pressed in extremely small numbers, this modern bootleg mirrors the classic Warmaster aesthetic while retaining the unfiltered chaos of the original tape-trading era. Expect the hostile guitars, cavernous drums, and Dead’s unmistakable presence captured in its most primitive, historically essential form.

If you are a devotee to BURZUM, HELLHAMMER, MORBID, BEHERIT, ABRUPTUM, and early DARKTHRONE then you must recognize the same cold, primitive atmosphere — a snapshot of MAYHEM at their most volatile. Collectors of underground black metal bootlegs, especially those who chase early BATHORY, MASTER’S HAMMER, TREBLINKA, or obscure South American cult tapes, will appreciate the historical weight and raw authenticity of this edition.
