Starting out on Drowned Productions in 1992 the band has released albums on WWIII Records, Gorgiastic and Sevared Records to name a few. In 2018 the band released their newest album "The Concession Continuum" themselves. Stylistically SEVERANCE have slowly morphed over the years from a traditional raw and brutal death metal sound into a dissonant technical death metal band with a slight djent feel to their material on the new album.
